Return Policy
SNV Auto Parts accepts returns within 30 days of delivery on parts that have not been installed or altered. The part must be in its original condition and packaging.
Restocking Fee
Non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Defective parts covered under warranty are handled separately — see our Warranty Policy.
How to Initiate a Return
- Call us at (855) 799-2077 or email info@snvautoparts.com within 30 days of delivery
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the part back in original condition with the RMA number clearly marked
- Refund issued within 7–10 business days of inspection
Non-Returnable Items
- Parts that have been installed, modified, or disassembled
- Parts returned without an RMA number
- Special-order or custom-sourced parts
