Warranty Policy

Coverage Overview

SNV Auto Parts warrants all sold engines and transmissions to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the warranty period selected at time of purchase — from 90 days up to 5 years depending on the plan.

What Is Covered

• Internal lubricated parts of the long block (for engines) or internal mechanical components (for transmissions)
• Defects in materials or workmanship present at time of sale
• Replacement part or prorated refund at SNV's discretion

What Is Not Covered

• Parts damaged due to improper installation or failure to follow manufacturer specifications
• External accessories (alternators, AC compressors, sensors, wiring) unless expressly stated
• Damage resulting from overheating, lack of lubrication, or contaminated fluids
• Normal wear and tear
• Parts that have been modified or altered after purchase

How to File a Claim

Contact SNV Auto Parts immediately upon discovering a defect — before removing or disassembling the part. We will authorize a licensed shop inspection. If the claim is validated, we will provide a replacement part. Unauthorized disassembly voids the warranty.
